Condividiamo la nostra indagine su una caduta interna-esterna continua. Concentrarsi sulla fiducia in se stessi, sul terreno e negli altri per moltiplicare le direzioni. Lavoriamo la presenza usando l'ascolto di ciò che già esiste, come motore di cambiamento, da una transizione all'altra. Apriamo i sensi e le sensazioni che ci portano a scoprire tutte le possibilità che sono nello spazio. Uno spazio che contiene noi e lo spazio che conteniamo. Approfondire il peso e il suo percorso, la colonna e la sua spirale, la fascia e la sua intuizione, per mettere in gioco e rischiare verso una danza infinita.

La sala delle attività: 120 mq, pavimento in legno di bambù, molto luminosa, accogliente e versatile nella sua semplicità.

MANON SIV DUQUESNAY

Artista di danza, coreografa, insegnante e curatore. È nato a Christiania nel 1990.

Franco-danese, dal 2012 vive in Svezia, Spagna, Argentina e viaggia ulteriormente. Manon collega danza, cultura e lingua, parlando 7 lingue. Ha una curiosità vitale della relazione interiore-esterna e l'infinito di corpo, coscienza, energia e spazio. Condivide le sue ricerche, un incontro tra danza contemporanea, improvvisazione, contatto, voce, arti marziali e autodifesa consapevole, dal 2014, offrendo seminari e intensi durante il suo lavoro coreografico.

Bachelor of Dance Performance presso DOCH - Stockholm University of Arts 2015,

incluso uno scambio all'Institut del Teatre, Barcellona. Coreografa e performer presso DuqLav, ricerca transnazionale e collaborazione per la performance. Curatrice coreografa della piattaforma performativa femminista Project V. Ha lavorato per Public Sphere / Andreas Liebmann, KIT - Copenhagen International Theater (Metropolis, Ny Cirkus Festival, Move it!), Dansehallerne e come assistente coreografa per Kitt Johnson. Insegna all'istinto animale con Matan Levkowich. Fa parte di Fronteiras, una comunità nomade di artisti che offre processi artistici multidisciplinari all'interno di popolazioni emarginate, con Khosro Adibi. A livello internazionale balla con Sara Shelton Mann, Jefta Van Dinter, Cristian Duarte e Mette Ingvartsen tra gli altri.

BORJA LLORENTE

Ha iniziato il suo viaggio con il movimento sportivo, gareggiando in tenera età nella ginnastica sportiva a livello nazionale, praticando Karate e Boxing. Anni dopo scoprirono Contact Improvisation, vivere in una comunità nella Sierra de Gredos (Spagna).

Viaggia in Italia allenandosi in improvvisazione ed performance con Kirstie Simson e Julie Stanzak. Contatta Improvisation con Leilani Wais e Thomas Kampe. Continua a viaggiare e ricevere conoscenze da diversi insegnanti, in Israele con Daniel Lepkoff, in Germania con Sara Shelton Mann, Scott Wells e con Mirva Mäkinen in India e Spagna. Ricerca con le tue creazioni, organizza seminari, incontri e festival di Contact Improvisation.

FALLING INTO SPACE

Workshop with Manon Siv Duquesnay & Borja Llorente

We share our investigation of a continuous fall internally-externally. Focusing on trusting oneself, the ground and the others to multiply directions. We work the presence using the listening to what already exists, as an engine of change, from one transition to another. We open the senses and the sensations that lead us to discover all the possibilities that are in space. A space that contains us and the space we contain. Going deeper into the weight and its path, the column and its spiral, the fascia and its intuition, to put into play and risk towards an infinite dance.

THE SITE

An expanse of hills covered by woods and olive groves, gently and slowly degrading towards the sea.

The workshop space: 120 square meters, bamboo flooring, very bright, welcoming and versatile in its simplicity.

MANON SIV DUQUESNAY

Dancer, artist, choreographer, teacher and curator. Born in Christiania in 1990. French-Danish, since 2012 living in Sweden, Spain, Argentina and travelling further. Manon connects dancing, culture and language - speaking 7 of them. With a vital curiosity of the inner-outer relation and infinity of body, consciousness, energy and space. She shares her research - a meeting between contemporary dance, improvisation, contact, voice, martial arts and conscient self-defense - since 2014, offering workshops and intensives along her choreographic work.

BA in Dance Performance from DOCH - Stockholm University of the Arts 2015, including an exchange in Institut del Teatre, Barcelona. Choreographer and performer of the transnational research and performance collaboration DuqLav. Curator choreographer of the performative platform Project V. Worked for Public Sphere/Andreas Liebmann, KIT - Copenhagen International Theatre (Metropolis, Ny Cirkus Festival, Move it!), Dansehallerne and as assistant choreographer for Kitt Johnson.Teaching Animal Instinct with Matan Levkowich. Part of Fronteiras - a nomadic community of artists offering multidisciplinary artistic processes within marginalized populations - with Khosro Adibi. Internationally dancing and performing with Sara Shelton Mann, Jefta Van Dinter, Cristian Duarte and Mette Ingvartsen amongst others.

BORJA LLORENTE

He starts his path with movement from sports, competing at a young age in national gymnastics, practicing karate and boxing. Years later he discovers Contact Improvisation while living in a community in the Sierra de Gredos, Spain.

He travels to Italy to practice improvisation with Kirstie Simson and Julie Stanzak, Contact Improvisation with Leilani Weis and Thomas Kampe. The travelling continues receiving knowledge from different teachers, in Israel with Daniel Lepkoff, in Germany with Sara Shelton Mann and Scott Wells, with Mirva Mäkinen in India and in Spain. Investigating with own creations, organizing workshops and Contact Improvisation festivals. Simultaneously he continues his career as a coach, giving workshops focused on personal growth. He is a coach in groups of children, adolescents and families, where his main job is to create affective bonds between people through the body.
